CareFest FAQ’s
Q. How do I sign up for CareFest?
R. 1) Click the project name which will link you to an online signup form. 2). Sign up at the kiosk in the foyer during October. 3). Email (or call 334-0206), with your name and the project name.
Q. What happens after I sign up for a project?
R. You may receive an email from your project leader, about a week before CareFest, but if you don’t just come to the gym at 8am on November 5 with your gloves & water, or if you sign up for an afternoon project, go directly to the project site.
Q. What about lunch?
R. Bring your own lunch if your project is scheduled to last through the afternoon.
Q. What should I bring?
R. Bring a bottle of water, gloves, appropriate shoes, tools listed for the project and maybe lunch.
Q. What if I don’t have the tools listed?
R. Don’t worry someone else will bring extra (bring extra if you can!).
Q. What if I have special skills or tools?
R. Let your project manager know this right away.
