God’s church is much bigger that just SOCC. But we believe what makes SOCC special is the unique calling God has given us: i2U. Basically, this means that our church shifts its focus outwards to community needs and church attendees shift their focus off of their own desires and onto the needs of their family, co-workers and neighbors.

To really belong to SOCC is to personally own i2U.

The call of Jesus is to get out of yourself and into him and others. i2U is our way of inviting people to accept that call. i2U constantly challenges you to put aside your own desires for the sake of benefiting others. You can live it while in the workplace, school, home...really, anywhere. Each week, invite God to move you out of your comfort zone and present you with spontaneous i2U opportunites. You’ll be amazed at what God will do as you step out in faith to serve him by serving others.

Make it a goal for yourself to participate in three community service opportunities each year. You can do this with your smaller group at SOCC or as an individual. View current service opportunities.
