Team Meeting Dates:

Our team will have regular meetings with financial goals leading up to the trip.  Each meeting will take place in the Student Ministry area at 11:00am.

**Wednesday, November 30th-Application Deadline (no meeting)

Sunday, December 4th: 1st Team Meeting/$150 deposit due

Sunday, December 18th: 2nd Team Meeting/$490 goal

Sunday, January 8th: 3rd Team Meeting/$890 goal

Sunday, February 5th: 4th Team Meeting/$1290 goal

Sunday, February 26th: 5th Team Meeting

Sunday, March 4th: Final Team Meeting/All paperwork and money in

Friday, March 9th: Dominican Republic, here we come!

Meeting your financial goals:

Fundraising packets are available in three places: the church office on weekdays; the Student Ministry Welcome Desk; and the Welcome Center in the main church foyer. Packets include envelopes, letters and prayer cards that you can mail to your friends and family to help raise the funds needed for the trip. Friends and family can also donate online (top of this page).

Silent Auction Information:

The silent auction will be held Wednesday, February 29th in the Fellowship Hall from 4:30pm-8:00pm. Item descriptions are due on Sunday, February 5th at the team meeting.  A paper like this will be provided to all participants:
