Roger Clark

Roger ClarkRoger Clark is a husband, father, and grandfather who lives in Bloomington, Indiana. He grew up in Washington, Indiana and attended Bethany Christian Church until his graduation from the University of Evansville, where he received a degree in music education. He began teaching at the junior high level in a county school in southern Indiana. Roger was soon called to St. Louis Christian College, where he served in a variety of roles including professor of music, dean of students, academic dean, and vice president.

During that time, Roger received his Master's degree in music, an Educational Specialist's degree in educational administration, and a doctorate in education (organization and leadership) from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville, Illinois.

His wife Wanda works at Root and Associates as the Firm Administrator. Their daughter Beth is married to Scott Todd, who works for Cook. Beth and Scott have two sons: Zachary, born in 2002 and Carter, born in 2005. Roger and Wanda also have a son David, who attends Indiana University and a daughter, Amy, who goes to Bloomington High School South.

Roger has served Sherwood Oaks Christian Church for the past ten years, first as music minister and currently as executive minister. In addition to his administrative responsibilities at the church, he occasionally teaches courses in management and leadership in the graduate school of Indiana Wesleyan University, is on the adjunct faculty of Louisville Bible College in the area of worship and music, and consults for nonprofit organizations and churches on organization development and leadership issues. Roger was ordained by his home church -- Bethany Christian Church in Montgomery, Indiana.
