C.J. Muston

CJ grew up in Plainfield on the west side of Indianapolis. There he attended Plainfield Christian Church where he was baptized into Christ in 1990 and made the decision to go into youth ministry in 2000. CJ attended Cincinnati Christian University from 2002 to 2008. There he met his beautiful wife, Kirston, who also got a degree in youth ministry from CCU. Kirston grew up just south of Bloomington and decided to go to CCU in 2004. He and Kirston were married on September 29, 2008. “Kirston is absolutely incredible. I am a lucky man and really am blessed that God allowed us to be together.” They also have a little Shih Tzu named Muss (pronounced “Moose”), who is just blast to be around. “He’s a sucker for chasing a tennis ball, or any ball for that matter. On top of that, he’s pretty irresistible if you spend any amount of time around him.” CJ joined the Sherwood Oaks Student Ministry team in May of 2008 and is totally excited to work with the students and their families.
