vbx 2008 registration .:. Kids will discover the personal power of The Truth in this years’ VBX—INTERNATIONAL Treasure: Book of Truth, June 2-6, 9:00am- 12:00pm. Sign up across from the welcome center and get your t-shirt. You may also register online by following the event link at the bottom of this page. Those who register by May 15 will be entered into a drawing.

congregational meeting .:. There will be a congregational meeting May 18 at
6:00pm to confirm the recommendation of CJ Mutson as a new student minister.
To learn more about CJ and his vision for student ministry, please attend this
meeting.

living stones concert .:. Terry and Amy Ruff will present a mini-concert in
the Worship Center May 17 at 7:15pm. The Living Stones class will have a potluck meal in Fellowship Hall at 6:00pm. To participate, bring your favorite dish. A free-will offering will be taken for their mission to Ghana.

master provisions clothing drive .:. Clothing, shoes and accessories for Master Provisions can be dropped off, at the semi trailer in the front parking lot, each Sunday in May from 8:45am–12:30pm, Wednesday’s from 5:30–6:30pm and weekdays from 9:00am-3:00pm. Please put donations in garbage bags rather than boxes. Volunteers are needed to help with collections on Sundays, Wednesdays and on Saturday, June 7. Sign up today at the Activity Center.

summer celebration classes .:. There will be two new offerings for the summer celebration series. Glenn Toney will lead “Land of the Seven Churches” and the SOCC staff will lead a study on Philippians & Colossians. GriefCare and the SOCC Choir will continue to meet. Classes begin June 11 at 6:30pm. No children’s programming is available.
