There is still time to pick up a bag in the foyer for the Backstreet Mission pantry, fill it, and bring it back!
Every year we partner with Backstreet Mission on a number of projects, including this collection to help stock their food pantry. As the homeless crisis in Bloomington grows, resources at places like Backstreet are stretched thinner and thinner.
Help up help them by grabbing a reusable bag, filling it with non-perishable canned good and canned meats and bringing it back to the church by August 31.
