Consumption ≠ Satisfaction

"The eye never has enough seeing, nor the ear its fill of hearing." —Ecclesiastes 1:8

We have access to more content than any generation in history. More knowledge. More entertainment. More connection. Yet human flourishing is declining.

Why? Because consumption doesn't equal satisfaction.

Infinite content. Little fulfillment.

Ecclesiastes was written to shake us from complacency—to make us face the things we've given meaning to that aren't delivering. The truth is hard: life under the sun, apart from God, is repetitive. Effort feels pointless. Legacy feels temporary.

But God didn't shout over the noise. He got close. Jesus came to us, showed us who God is, and invited us to find what we've been searching for all along: rest in Him.

Stop scrolling. Start listening. The abundant life you're looking for isn't out there—it's in Him.
