We often believe that if we don’t advocate for ourselves, no one else will. But Jesus turned this thinking upside down, teaching that those who humble themselves will be exalted by God. Release the pressure to promote yourself. Instead, commit your work, relationships, and reputation to God. Trust that as you serve faithfully and quietly, God will lift you up at the right time. His affirmation is greater than any applause this world can give.
