The SOCC Weekday Preschool calendar follows the MCCSC calendar in regard to most school closings, seasonal breaks, and holidays.
The following 2025-2026 calendar does not include field trips and special events in classrooms:
August 4 - August 15 - Two weeks staff prep/Preschool (no school)
August 6 - Staff Meeting
August 11 - Nursery prep week begins
August 12 - Kindergarten Orientation Day
August 13 - First Day of Kindergarten
August 13 - Orientation Day
August 14 - Orientation Day
August 18 - First Day of School
September 1 - No School (Labor Day)
October 16-17 - No School (Fall Break)
November 4 - No School (Election Day)
November 24-28 - No School (Thanksgiving Break)
December 22 - January 4 - No School (Christmas Break)
January 5 - School resumes
January 19 - No School (Martin Luther King Jr Day)
February 16 - No School (Presidents' Day)
March 16-20 - No School (Spring Break)
April 3 - No School (Good Friday)
May 5 - No School (Election Day)
May 14 - Last Day of School
