Ladies, join us beginning April 25th for 6 weeks for a women's Healthy Living discussion and workout night. We will spend 30 minutes before each workout discussing the weeks health/weight loss journey, then 30 minutes walking/exercising together. Join us for one or both parts of the program each week!
