Jeff was born and raised in the greater Detroit area. He moved to Bloomington in 1985 for a position with MCCSC. After teaching for many years, he was hired by the Boys and Girls Club of Bloomington in September 2006 as their Executive Director. Jeff is married to his wife Nancy for nearly 40 years. He has two daughters MaryLynn Baldwin and Brette Koontz and a son-in-law Justin Koontz along with grandchildren Pennington and Trace. He enjoys the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing and values family time and traditions like family vacations in Northern Wisconsin. If not at Sherwood Oaks, you would find Jeff at his home on the Northside of town enjoying some acreage.
